As founding CEO of MEXIL Software Solutions (bootstrapped without external capital, NUST-incubated, established 2019), I built and continue to lead a cross-functional team — grown from a single engineer to 31 members at peak — delivering enterprise solutions to clients across the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, the Middle East and Central Europe. My work spans full-stack engineering, AI integration, voice infrastructure, fintech, real-estate, healthcare and e-commerce — consistently shipping products that move business metrics.
I combine the technical depth of a senior engineer with the commercial instincts of a founder: comfortable in the boardroom and on the keyboard, equally focused on long-term vision and the execution that makes it real.
Active on Upwork since March 2016 with verified international earnings, I have personally owned every client relationship across more than fifty engagements — from first conversation through scope, contract, delivery and renewal. Reading a room, articulating value, and earning the trust of founders and senior buyers is one of my most reliable commercial assets. The vast majority of prospects I speak to convert into clients, and most clients return for follow-on work or grow into multi-year partnerships — a pattern that has compounded into the bulk of MEXIL's revenue base today.
For four years (concluding June 2026) I have served as Head of Information Technology at Hodinový Manžel s.r.o., a multi-country handyman-services group operating across the Czech Republic and Slovakia — starting as their contracted technology partner through MEXIL and being promoted to lead the in-house IT function end-to-end. I architected their Omnichannel System, built AI Voicebot & Chatbot stacks on Azure OpenAI, FreePBX, Voipsun, FastAPI and Python, and shipped AI automations including an AI pricing calculator for handymen and an SMS AI review system, alongside the HM mobile and desktop applications.
Alongside MEXIL, I co-founded micalls.com — an AI-voice and omnichannel agent platform built for high-volume customer-operations teams, combining a multi-tenant Asterisk PBX, Voipsun call-centre engine and Meta's WhatsApp, Messenger and Omnichannel APIs into a single operator console with IVR design, queue management, call recording, real-time analytics and first-class CRM integrations.
Across all of this I have maintained a six-year continuing engagement with Continent 5 Media Group (C5M), a U.S. digital-media corporation — delivering 11 platforms spanning marketing, publishing, fintech, music streaming, mobile gaming and digital art.
